iTunes

Q: When I place a disk into iTune no label for iTune show on the screen

OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6 , Processor 266 6HZ 2Duo, 4GB 1067 MHZ DDR3, 22.04 GB

When I place a new disk into iTunes, no label box appear for selection of iTunes. Brought new disks CD-R
