Q: Numbers formula help using date ranges

I hope I can explain what I am needing well enough to make sense. I have two charts.

One is used to track job bids in the form of money, dates, total awarded and so forth. This chart contains a date column (Column E) that runs January through December showing the bid date. There is another column (J) that contains a SUMIF formula adding the WON, LOST and SPOT BID from the BID column (G). This chart works great.

The second chart was created to capture the monthly total of bids won per month. It has column A that is January through December. I would like to pull the total WON off the first chart and insert that number in the "TOTAL WON" column C on the second chart showing monthly totals.

Is there a way to do this? Please let me know if I need to explain parts better. I can include a screen shot or something if I need to.

    Hi katxoxo,

I am sure it is possible to do what you are asking. SUMIFS() can use more than 1 condition for its sumif. It may be necessary to use an index column in your data table to flag the month. The function MONTH() pointed at the date column would give you something to search for.

If ou would like more specifics, please do post a screenshot.
