Q: Finder keeps freezing

Hi there

I am using a Macbook Pro OS X 10.9.5, 2.5 GHz and 16gb RAM

My finder does not respond well at all. When I force quit and re launch I may get 20-30 seconds of it responding then back to same again.

The most recent things I have done are added lots of music loops and samples to my music folder and video files to my desktop filmed using a DSLR. I still have over 90gb memory left so doubt that would be the problem.

So far the steps I have used are

Deleted the plist file

Deleted recent installed software (Team viewer)
