Nope. But, you can just drag from out of Contacts. If the contact has multiple email addresses, I think it uses the first one, but I'm not sure.

Of those with multiple email addresses, you'd have to go through each contact to make sure it has chosen the correct address and correct when necessary.

No, but you can keep the Contacts app open and copy and paste from it.
