iCloud

Q: ICloud drive is not synchronizing to windows 10 pc

My Icloud drive works fine for MAc book Air and Iphone 6s. the icloud drive doesn't sync to my windows machine. new build running Norton Security.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5, not synced to PC, PC is windows 10
