Q: My iPhone 6 front camera and ear speaker not working

i have iPhone 6 it was working perfectly. But since todays front camera and ear speaker stopped working. when I try to open front facing camera it become freezes. and when I try to call to someone then I can't hear anything from ear speaker but when I put on loud speaker I can hear anything. I live in Pakistan and here is no any official or authorised service provider please tell me what can I do ? Please help me please

Try these standard troubleshooting steps.

Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-15 seconds).
Restore your iDevice: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184
If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's encrypted.
