Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I know how important it is to be able to rely on your Apple devices working as expected, and I'd like to help you get your iPhone working again.
Before anything else it's always a good idea to make sure you have a fresh backup of your device, that way all of your data, apps and pictures are safe. This article will help guide you through that process if you do not already have a backup:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch
Once you've made a backup, restart your iPhone. If, after restarting, the pixelization is still there try resetting the general settings. This will not delete any information or pictures from your phone but will reset some of your preferences like your Wi-Fi password, Touch ID, passcode, background and notifications. You can reset the settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
If the issue persists, or if you have any other questions, please reach out again. The whole community is here to help.
-Best regards.
