Q: Movie unable to downlad.

I just bought Captain America Civil War, and I waited 40 minutes for the movie to download, and at the end of that, it said processing for a minute and then an error popped up saying unable to download. And when I went to look if the movie was in my movies app, it was not there even though show purchased movies was turned on. I really need help, I don't want to have wasted $20 for nothing.
