I don't believe so. In my experience Apple only gives birthday presents to family members and a few close friends. I gave it a present at Christmas and Apple didn't give me anything back. I was sad. Apple doesn't even return my calls anymore

Why do you ask? Did you receive a phishing email indicating that you will receive a gift? Did the email ask for personal information or money? If so, it is a scam attempt. Do not respond. Apple does not give birthday gifts.
