Q: iTunes on a loop not accepting PayPal account

Hello community, I'm trying to configure iTunes with my PayPal account to use Apple Music, iTunes seems to accept my PP account (pic 1) but then it tells me "Payment Information Required. You need a credit card on file in order to join Apple Music" (pic 2), is like an infinite loop. Do you know if this could be an specific iTunes problem with PP accounts?
