Q: I am unable to connect to my iCloud.

I am unable to connect to my iCloud I've tried to rest network and I still couldn't do anything. I've tried to rest content but it wouldn't let me due to my iCloud being unable to connect. I am currently signed on to my iCloud on my iPhone 6 but even when I try to sign off, it would give me a message saying details unavailable then it'll give me a verification code to sign on another device. 

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.5
