I Signe up for iTunes 99 cents a month for space --I never used it and would like to undo it

See the section with the title "Downgrade your storage plan" after you click on the following link. You downgrade to the free 5GB level to stop being charged for iCloud storage: iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support
