Sep 7, 2016 1:34 AM in response to Brownhardwoodby VikingOSX,Click on the cell with the Pop-Up menu cell data format. From the Cell tab on the right panel, you will see these menu items. Drag them to rearrange into alphabetical order. There is no provision to automatically sort that list of menu items.

Sep 7, 2016 4:11 AM in response to Brownhardwoodby Yellowbox,Hi Brownhardwood,
Select all the cells with Pop-Up Menus
Format Panel > Cell > Data Format > Automatic
Sort the Table by that Column (note that Column A follows the sort. That is normal Numbers behaviour.)
Select the cells again and Format Panel > Data Format > Pop-Up Menu
The Pop-Up Menu is now in alphabetical order without duplicates.
Sort the Table by column A.
The previously chosen Pop-Up Menu items are as they were (tied to the values in A).
Regards,
Ian.

Sep 7, 2016 7:01 AM in response to Brownhardwoodby t quinn,Hi Brownhardwood,
I use popup menus a lot. When I have a popup that has more than a few items I keep a table with a list of those popup values. Often the table has other functions relating to those popup items. This list I keep sorted as text. When I need to update the popup I do it here and copy/paste the popup.
