Sep 7, 2016 6:46 AM in response to King_Penguinby moorecm,I can sign in with my Apple ID. The issue is when I go to the App store and try to complete updates the pop up states to enter the password for an old Apple ID email. It's not pulling up my current Apple ID email. Therefore I can't compete any of my updates. When I go to Settings>iTunes & App Store I can see that it has my current Apple ID listed. However, it's not pulling in my current Apple ID email when I go to the actual App Store and try to purchase or complete updates.

Sep 7, 2016 7:04 AM in response to moorecmby King_Penguin,Did you update your existing iTunes account, or did you create a new account ? If you did update the existing account, have you tried logging out and back in directly in the App Store app (e.g. via the bottom of the Featured tab), closing the App Store app via the device's taskbar, done a soft-reset/reboot of the device ?
If you created a new account, all apps (and anything else downloaded from the store) downloaded by the old account are permanently tied to that account, so only that account will be able to download updates to its apps.
