But within the time span to 15-20 days of usage I started facing issues/problem like Mobile Heating, Battery heating, Mobile hanging issue, Phone Suddenly Slowed the function, Display issue. Not functioning properly.
I ignored these issues to check as I was a New User for IPhone & Multimedia device & thought might some something went wrong from My End only, but suddenly these issues are going & going on & on & Display got effected & not working properly ( & on 29 June 2016, right side on the display a horizontal line appeared between the phone & that was the major reason the right side part of my phone wasn’t working & somehow the entire phone also in between due to which I was suffering a lot).
Then next day I had visited nearby apple service center NYASA Enterprises ( Chinchwad )Pune. I explained full issue/ problem about my phone to the service center spoc which I am facing on my device. He told me that some physical pressures display is not working but he had taken my device & told we will check it & then update you in some days( I submitted my phone). After 3 days again I called the NYASA Enterprises & they told me that your display is replaced, when I asked the reason to him they told they also don’t know for what issue display wasn’t working but under warranty they changed my display & they informed that they have also updated the software as well on my iphone
After using it again for 2 days, only my display problem got cleared but all the problems are same & these problems are increasing day to day basis. Then the new issue found in sound quality during call & song speakers & Headphone listening songs, heating, mobile device hanging, charging problem then again I call the service center told my remaining One all the issues are still same & she advise me come to the service center but some busy schedule I went after 10 days. Service center representative told me your software version is not updated that’s why you are facing the problem ( As in line to their 1st visit they have updated the Software @ the 1st visit only). & now again asking me to get the update the software’s in the Iphone without any reason.
On the same evening I call the apple support center & told the full story which I have updated in above email mail. He also advise me to please update your device & after then call the Iphone center we will help you.
Raised a ticket on my issse also (CASE ID:- 1186778567) but still haven’t have any update’s… ??
After completely updating my device I contact 3 times to the apple support center with 3 different peoples, but there is again no proper solution provided from his side. But last Monday again I contact with apple support center & spoked to Apoorv, he advise me to again update your software version on call I updated it , after that he told me restore your device then your problem is solved out. He told me your device is 24 hours observation & your all problem are solved but Still all the issues exists.

You have to take it out with the shop/service centre you bought the iPhone from.
