Sep 7, 2016 6:52 AM in response to BLOVe12by Matt_Blindside,Hi BLOVe12,
Please try to reset your Network Settings on your iPhone. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.
If it doesn't work please follow all the checks on the following link:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
Let me know,
Matt

Sep 7, 2016 6:50 AM in response to Matt_Blindsideby lllaass,You are new and I want to remind you that the terms of use of this forum includes "Do not ask for points. If you feel the system is not clear to users, please provide feedback to Apple; do not instruct other users unless they ask."
Thus your statement "f my answer solved your problem, you consider it helpful or helped to find a solution , please mark it as Solving for your question and/or mark it as Helpful." is against the terms of use.

if you have optimum online, you probably have a 5G network (same name as your usual network with "5G" at the end).
connect to that one instead of your usual one.
