Q: How to access iTunes Match library on a computer with no iTunes
There used to be a way to access my iTunes library online. I have access to iCloud Drive and I have iTunes Match, but I cannot figure out how to access my library on a computer where I cannot download iTunes. My understanding was that this was the purpose of iTunes Match, so I feel like I'm missing something.

You can access your songs that were uploaded via iTunes Match to the cloud, from an iOS device, but the whole uploading and matching procedure, can be done only via a computer with iTunes installed.
When you activate iTunes Match on a computer, through iTunes, you can upload your music to the cloud or match it with the songs that are present in the iTunes Store, and then you can access your music from other computers or iOS devices, if you log in with the same Apple ID.
However you can't access your music if you don't have iTunes. In the iOS devices it is pre-installed, but on the computer you need to install it. Furthermore, from an iOS device you can only access your music and hear the songs in streaming or download them on the device, but you can't manage your library from there. You always need a computer with iTunes installed.
