Q: IPad

Hello! I have iPad 4th gen iOS 9.2 and today found a app with no icon and no name. It just says "null" version 1.1, size around 37mb. I deleted but it appears again by itself. What could it be and how to remove it? And another question, how can I write a letter to Apple? Thank You in advance for your reply.

Use the contact us link at the bottom of the page for information on addresses that service your location. As far as the app is concerned, did you attempt to update an app that may not have completed? Try resetting your iPad, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. See if that will take care of removing the app icon.

Well! Now try to do it. I'm from Kazakhstan, and then in the list there is no my country. How to be? And all apps installed and everything is always on time update.

By the way, and maybe it's a virus or malicious software.

Thank you very much for your help!

If your device is not jailbroken, then it is not a virus. Malware will only show up as a popup and will not display as an installed icon, since it cannot install.

If you tap on it, is that where you are seeing the ability to delete it? And then it appears again? Do you see this app on any of your home screens?

Don't worry about your English, as I cannot read hardly anything that you have posted in the screenshots! If it returns, you always have the option to create a backup and restore your device from the backup. You can also restore to factory if you want. You don't happen to be participating in the public beta program for iOS, are you?

Not a) I'm not a programmer. Actually could it be that it's a virus or something? OK) do a full reset better. I am sure will help. And so I am very grateful to You for all the advice and for the time allotted to me :-)

No problem at all. If your device is not jailbroken, then it cannot be a virus. I wouldn't be too concerned, I've seen people speak of them before and they generally disappear. Just a strange occurrence.

You have encountered Activation Lock. No one here, nor Apple can assist you. You will need to contact the previous owner of the device to have them remove the lock.
