Perhaps sharing (in words) what you are trying to do (not how you are doing it, just what).
Posting screenshots is very helpful so we can see what you are seeing. Take a look at this link for how to post a screenshot:

If you (in fact) are trying to copy and paste something, then try using the menu item "Edit > Copy" and "Edit > Paste" to remove the key combination from the mix.

Sep 7, 2016 12:56 PM in response to Wayne Contelloby qnasnkqy ,No, I copy something with command c, then I paste it with command v, after that I used option command v so it matched the style that I was working with and this last command (command option v) just not work anymore

Try restarting your computer
Try creating a new document and see if the "problem" occurs there too.
Since you have not posted any screenshots it is hard to provide any specific guidance

Paste and Match Style is called with option-shift-cmd-v. That may be your problem. option-cmd-v doesn't do anything on my machine either.
