iTunesWhy would you expect a fellow user to know why you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support ? If you do as the message tells you to do and contact iTunes Support you might find out why

Sep 1, 2016 4:41 AM in response to Jlowiby King_Penguin,You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums and that Apple are not here. If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then have you gone to the URL in the message and contacted them ?

Sep 5, 2016 2:58 PM in response to RedWolfe73by gail from maine,If you are 43 years old and you are getting the same message that this thread is all about, then you should be able to figure out that to resolve your issue, you need to follow the instructions.
If you are not getting that message, then you need to start a new thread with your issue clearly stated.

Sep 7, 2016 4:16 PM in response to TAMANUKby gail from maine,The title of this thread tells you what URL to use to contact iTunes Support. And the links have been repeated multiple times in the 12 pages here.

Sep 7, 2016 4:25 PM in response to gail from maineby AussieDee,The thing about this "contact iTunes support" is.....
They don't have an answer.
I waited over a week for someone to get back to me and all that was said was... (by this time I was over it)
"sorry for the delay.... your issue is resolved" but in actuality all they did was wait a week for the "pendings" from my bank to clear. They actually did nothing but wait. And then said.... it's fixed. Not telling me what was wrong or what happened or why it happened or how I can try to resolve it myself... nothing.
So for those of you who do in-app purchases and make quite a few.... watch them pending $1 charges on your bank account as they add up as it could be this.
Why I say it could be this is because I have seen other people (from other forums, not this one) say the same exact thing. Pending amounts in iTunes that haven't disappeared.
