Q: IMAC screen wont stay up, just flops to the bottom

When I try to adjust the viewing angle of the screen, it just flops back down to the bottom and won't stay where I adjust it.

iMac, iOS 9.3

Have a look at > Re: Design fault? 27" 2013 iMac stand just gave up!

The torsion spring is likely busted and you need to take in it for service.
