Sep 7, 2016 8:00 PM in response to deborrahfromcaliby gail from maine,If they were purchased with the old Apple ID, then you are going to need to go to: Apple - My Apple ID and reset the password. Whether you have the old email account or not, the Apple ID is still intact. If you don't know the answers to your Security Questions, then you will have to contact Apple Support to get a reset link sent to you: ACCOUNT SECURITY SUPPORT

Sep 7, 2016 8:46 PM in response to Ryszby deborrahfromcali,I have tried all of those things, its say Apple iD not found - but when I try to authorize a song it gives that same Apple
iD as the one that isn't found - I tried to find AppleID but it doesn't recognize any of the emails that would be associated with it.
Thank you all for any help, I appreciate all that have responded so far

Sep 7, 2016 9:07 PM in response to deborrahfromcaliby gail from maine,Sorry, what do you mean by "authorize a song"? And what is giving the same Apple ID as the one that isn't found?
Not understanding what you are seeing or wanting to do here. Can you elaborate?
Cheers,
