Q: normal hard reset ways not working
i recently forgot my IPhone 6 password and my fingerprint isn't working i tried a few common ways to hard reset but on itunes it said was installing updates while my phone had the connect to itunes on it the one with the charges and a colourful itunes above it but after a while it will turn back on and everything will be the same, same thing with holding the home button with the on and off button it would get to the apple logo then turn back on like i did nothing HELP PLEASE I NEED MY PHONE TODAY
