Q: iPhone shuts down at 20% of battery

MY iPhone 6s shuts down at 20% all the time. My iPhone have 11 months. Could it be the battery is bad o what?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5

    You know what, ever since the update my phone has been shutting off at 20%, but I have noticed that the battery life has been drastically reduced if I use a game, I can see it go down 10% while only playing a game for a minute.
