Q: Mail in El Capitan
I just sent an email to the one group I have in Contacts, for the first time since I updated to El Capitan, and even though the box in Preferences indicating show addresses of recipients remains unchecked (as it always was in Lion), the message went out saying "To (my email address) and 121 more."
Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Hello !
sempy
So , you tried to send mail to groups from you contacts list and it gave an error : " to ( my email address ) & 121 more .
Some steps might have been missed please follow them .
( a ) Open contacts in launch pad click on plus sign or take cursor on top menu bar click on file select new group and click on it .
( b) Select all contacts ( command + A ) , copy them ( command + C ) , click on All contacts press ( command + V )
let the circle stop rotating so that all contacts will be copied
( c ) Open mail preferences composing if you don't want to show uncheck the box when sending to a group show all member addresses .
( d ) You can name the new group by typing the name in untitled folder .
If you don't want to show mail addresses to groups uncheck the box when sending to a group , show all member addresses .
Thanks !
