Q: how to change your Apple ID email from an old one to a new one if you do not remember your password
trying to reset an old family ipad that is linked to my mom's work apple ID. she no longer works for the company and cannot access her email account to reset the password that she can not remember. does anyone know how to go get around this in anyway?!
it's practically brand new and i would like to use it for my own work purposes so if anyone can help that would be much appreciated!

She does not need the email to reset the password. Go to: Apple - My Apple ID, click on Reset Password, and follow the prompts. If she doesn't remember the answers to her Security Questions she can contact ACCOUNT SECURITY SUPPORT to get a reset link sent to her so she can reset the password.
