Q: Purchase declined
I made a purchase on Pokemon Go and it went through, I got the 1200 Pokecoins, but my card was declined. How was that possible? I want to cancel the purchase since my iTunes says I owe $9.99 which was the purchase amount I made.

Purchases on cards aren't always instantaneous.
Purchases are considered final but you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel the purchase : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If they don't, and it's probably likely that they won't, you will have to pay what you owe before you will be able to download anything else : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
