If you're referring to a trade-in, see: http://www.apple.com/iphone/trade-up/.

You might also try selling it to a third party for more and then using the proceeds to buy the iPhone 7.

If you purchased it under the upgrade program, then once you meet the minimum requirements you can upgrade. If you did not purchase it under the upgrade program, then no:

iPhone Upgrade Program - Apple
