Q: I did apple diagnostics for my macbook pro and received an error code 4HDD/11/40000000: SATA(0,0). May I know what it means?

Hello. I have a macbook pro. The side which includes HDMI usb and card reader don't function. So I did apple diagnostics and it cam up with an error code 4HDD/11/40000000: SATA(0,0). May I know what it means?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

    That error code indicates that there is a connection problem with the internal HDD.  Make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a FREE evaluation which should be able to determine exactly where the problem is located.
