Q: How can I download Yosemite (for the 1st time)?

I need to upgrade to Yosemite (not El Capitan) for the first time.  To be clear, I'm not downgrading or restoring -- I have never downloaded 10.10 previously, so it's not an existing purchase.  Suggestions?
