Q: Numbers and keynote app not working.

Hi there,i'm using apple iphone 6 with version 9.3.2, from past 2 months i am unable to open and/or delete two apps from my handset namely numbers and keynote.The symbol appears greyish in color.Kindly help me on this.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2, 64GB

they can be removed threw settings > general > Storage & iCloud Usage

 

or from the app store app search for them then press the blue circle next to the name of the app
