Q: Re-arraning Up Next music - iPhone 6s Plus

I'm not sure if its just me as I can't find much on this issue... But there use to be sliders next to songs in the up next area of Apple Music, which I no longer get... I can't re-arrange the up next music at all.

Does anyone else have this issue?

iPhone 6S Plus, iOS 10

Thanks Carolyn, thats not the version of Apple Music I am using. I have iOS 10 which gives the updated App, I understand this isn't completely released until 13th September but I thought someone else might be able to share some information.
