Since Apple has not patched those I would not expect any future patches. Some sites will not even work with those old versions of Safari.
In April of this year Google stopped updating Chrome for 10.8 and earlier and this August Mozilla did the same for FireFox.

Servers EnterpriseIf these are recently discovered issues then Apple no longer issue security fixes for versions of OS X older than Yosemite. Not all newly discovered issues apply to older versions although many do.
If you want a version of OS X that is still maintained then you need to upgrade to at least Yosemite.
