Q: ipone 6s cant see who rings

Good Day

ive been having a few issues regarding calls

i get a call which rings also vibrates but unable to answer the calls also nothing shows up on the phone while its ringing

on another issue messages when i open the message icon the contacts are grey and unable to open i then soft reset and appears to work .

also sending via imessage hangs up saying unable to sent and i have the option to send as email but not a text

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

Hi thank you for the reply ive tried this also restored to last back uop still a problem,

if i do a new install if there is a broblem with the back up ie.bug in that wont it be the same as before ??
