Q: Finder crashes

Everything works OK for a while and clicking on Finder functions OK but then eventually I get the spinning ball after clicking on the Finder screen and nothing works until I Force Quit Finder.

I saw the suggestion to delete the Finder plist but my library is showing 3 Finder plists, I have deleted the first plist but should I delete the other 2 i.e. file:///Users/defaultuser/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist.LTITz50 and file:///Users/defaultuser/Library/Preferences/com.apple.finder.plist.x1Qw3TB

You can delete those and then relaunch the Finder and see if there is any improvement.
But usually those problems are symptoms of something else, other than corrupted Finder preferences.

I suggest you run Etrecheck and post its report here. It may shed light on possible software conflicts that may be behind this.
