Q: New macbook Pro iCloud sign-in problem
Greetings,
I just purchased a brand new MacBook Pro and can not log into iCloud using the iCloud icon in System Preferences. I keep getting an error about can not verify. I have tried another persons account and get the same error. I can sign in if I use Safari so I know my ID and PWD are correct. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Greetings,
Thank you to everyone who replied to my issue. After trying several things with the Apple customer service person he said to reinstall El Capitan which I just did. Once the re-install was completed that solved the issue of not being able to sign in using the iCloud icon located in the System Preferences window. My guess is that the file was not installed correctly when the new Macbook Pro was loaded with software. This is the first time I ever had an issue with a Mac, especially a brand new one.
