Does the Iphone 6 3.5 have a GPS system that can break? My maps does not locate my position correctly.

you may be out of range or your position may be hard to triangulate.
how "incorrectly" is it locating you?
Make sure that you also have Wifi enabled. You don't have to be connected to a network but having it turned on improves location accuracy.
