Q 1 to allow acesss please respond on your iphone, but my iphone isnt responding.. my phone is disabled and i need to fix this error asap

If your phone is disabled, your only option is to restore. You may have to force it into recovery mode to do so.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
