Apple TV

Q: Can not see picture on TV when using Apple TV

Tried to use air play to see iPad content on TV, but only heard sound, no picture. Moreover, when I open air play, I did not see "mirroring" choice.

Not all apps are enabled for AirPlay, that is up to the developer to do. You can't enable mirroring from within an app, you need to swipe up to control centre.

Hi. First, do you see the ATV home screen on the TV? Have you tried restarting ATV; disconnect power for at least 30 seconds, then reconnect? Also, restart your router. Then see what happens.
