Q: cannot get support links to work

I am trying to get a refund on purchase for HBO NOW the links will not work and error out. I have HBO and HBO Go from the cable TV provider and really do not know how this has even happened. Thank You.

HBO Go is free with cable service, HBO Now is a subscription service, as far as I know.
