Q: Renewing Apple Music after canceling

If you may please respond, I'd greatly appreciate it.

If I cancel my Apple Music subscription for this specific day of this month, would I be able to renew again any other day? I basically want to pick a new day for the money to be deducted. (Or possibly wait till next month)

For example, if my monthly renewal is Septenever 12th, would I be able to cancel it before that date so I won't be charged.. then renew my monthly subscription September 30th? (If it's possible, I'm aware it will charge me when k renew it on September 30th)
