1.first try to test your sim card with another phone
2. Go to Settings-general - info - for carrier update
3. Do you see carrier icon in Settings? if yes try to deactivate automatic research and check if there are other carriers detected by your device
4. Reset carrier settings
5. Force Restart
6. Put your phone in plane mode
7. Restore and set up as a new
8. If no solution- contact info apple

if its software restoring your iPhone will fix it
if its hardware you might need to change the motherboard with is not cheap
