Sep 8, 2016 12:17 PM in response to ShagCAby Manos40,Until recently I used to sync my contacts and calendar on my iPhone with those on Outlook and It worked fine.
Lately after upgrading my iOS on my iPhone I cannot synchronise either contacts or calendar.

Sep 8, 2016 12:25 PM in response to Manos40by ShagCA,There are some other ways to sync contacts/calendar without using iTunes:

Have you tried option 1? You can also sync your contacts and calendar if your Outlook connects to Exchange server (or Microsoft cloud mail) without using iTunes.

Sep 8, 2016 7:24 PM in response to Manos40by JPdoctor,I suppose Apple will fix this bug in the next minor iOS update.
While waiting for that you could try using Akruto for syncing your phone with Outlook. Here's a link explaining how this software works with iPhone (check the video): http://www.akruto.com/sync-iphone-with-outlook/
The only bad thing is that it's a paid software ($35), but you can choose subscription plan for $3/mo which is literally nothing.
