Q: adapter for headphone, charging and audio-out

I am looking for an adapter that not only allows charging AND headphone usage, but also audio-out on the lightning port.

I use my iphone 6s in the car (fixed to the dashboard). My earpods are connected to the 3.5 mm headphone port, and at the same time I charge the phone via lightning and by using a Y adapter connecting the audio out of the lightning port to my car stereo.

When I receive a call, the music gets stopped by the phone and I can take the call on the headphone. When the call is finished, the music on my car stereo continues. Perfect.

How could I do this with iphone 7 ? Without using wireless phones, which I hate?
