Q: 3 Beep Error Bad logic Board?

I have an early 2011 Macbook Pro. Recently it had gotten pretty sluggish freezing with the spinning beach ball when I was working in Lightroom and/or photoshop. I upgraded the RAM a few years back from 4GB to 8GB total. A few months ago my video card went out and while I was in the Apple store a customer with the same problem as me suggested I upgrade my SATA drive to an SSD drive. Since my computer seemed to be exceptionally slow I decided to do so. I upgraded to a Samsung 500GB SSD. My computer was like a new computer! It was SO FAST FOR 24 HOURS. The next day I was working in Lightroom and my screen froze and the spinning beach ball started. It then crashed and beeped three times. Initially I was confused that an Amber Alert was occurring on my iPhone, nope, just my MacBook Pro! After trying to restart it and having the beep continue I removed the RAM, made sure it was tightly installed and restarted my computer. No success. I then did one slot at a time, and using only 1 slot worked! It started back up so I did an overnight back up as I hadn't done one in several months (I copied my SATA to an SSD via SATA to USB cable and a cloning program). After the back up was successful I tried to use my computer again with 1 card... crashed again when I was in Lightroom. I bought new RAM from Macsales.com, OWC 8GB x2. Installed both 8GB RAM... beeping continues and continues to crash. So I figured it was the SSD. Returned the SSD. Ordered a new SSD 1TB from OWC. Put it in the computer and attempted to turn it on, blank gray screen (assuming it's from the blank HD). Attached the old hard drive externally and powered on with both new 8GB memory in... 3 BEEP CRASH Took out 1 of the 8GB and it is currently allowing me to do a clean install on the new SSD. I have formatted the SSD, installed a clean version of OS X, and am waiting on the data transfer from my back up via Time machine on an external storage device. Is it possible the my logic board is going out since only one RAM slot seems to be working? If so, will Apple still replace it (it is a known problem with MacBook Pro 2011 models) if I have a new SSD and RAM installed? Thank you for any advice!
