Q: my iPhone turns on silent randomly

My iPhone randomly turns on silent mode randomly. I notice it is around 3pm most days. i can only get my phone to start making audible sounds again by switching off and then on again. My phone has been doing this for 6 months and is not 12 months old. I am very frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand from your post that your iPhone is randomly turning on silent mode and you have to restart it to hear the audible sounds again. I know how important it is for you to be able to hear your alerts and notifications. The first step I recommend is to update your iPhone software.
