Q: mail app freezes when selecting mark as unread

Hello,

 

Since last update of OS X overtime I try to mark a e-mail as unread the Mail App freezes....

 

Can you tell me what is going on?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

    Hi FXGPV!

     

    I see that your Mail app is freezing when trying to mark an email as unread.  I know it's important to have the Mail app functioning properly, and I'm happy to help.  Please use the instructions below to create a new user account, then add your email account and test to see if this issue still persists.  This will help us isolate this further, to determine the cause of the issue.
