Q: Burning DVD's takes up space.
I'm using a 2015 Macbook air, burning DVDs with application "DVD Creator Pro". Every time I go to burn another DVD I significantly decreased storage on my hard drive. I believe this to be because the application saves a copy of each DVD I burn to my hard drive but I can't find where they're stored on the hard drive for the life of me. What is the best way to go about locating these files?

From what I can see, DVD Creator Pro is only used for creating movie DVDs, not data DVDs.
When you create any movie DVD, all video or still images used to assemble the video as you want the final product to appear must be encoded as MPEG-2 as this is the only video format recognized on such a DVD.
So what I would guess DVD Creator Pro is doing is not cleaning up after itself when you're done burning a disk, and is leaving what should be large, temporary working files behind.
The most likely place for them would be in your user account. Click anywhere on the desktop so Finder is the name of the active app next to the Apple logo at the upper left. Press Command+Shift+H. This opens your user account. Look in the Documents folder and see if there is an obviously named folder for this app. If there is, look in there for large files that can be deleted.
If there's nothing there, and again from the desktop, hold the Option key down and from the menu, choose Go > Library. This open the hidden Library folder in your user account. Open the Application Support folder. Once again look for a folder that by its name undoubtably tells you it belongs to this app. Look within that for large items that can be deleted.
There are other methods to look for such files, but you could also contact that author and ask them where to look.
