Q: RECONNECTING FORGOTTEN DEVICES
I unknowingly told my iPad (ver 9.3.5) to "forget" my iPhone (ver 9.3.5) and vice versa. Now neither one sees the other when I try to pair them via Bluetooth. Is there some way to undo this or get them to recognize each other?
iPad Air, iOS 9.3.5

iPhone and iPad do not connect to each other via Bluetooth so I am not sure what you are asking. One can connect to the other via Hotspot, for instance, if your iPhone has a cellular connection and your iPad does not, you can enable Hotspot and use the iPhone connection for the iPad. If that is what your want, enable Hotspot and then select the phone as the Wi-Fi network.
If you are having any issues with this:
1) Restart you device. If a normal restart does not help try holding down the Home and Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559
2) Reset Network Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Rejoin the Network again.
