Q: iPhone 6 Silicone Case Cracking
Do Apple cover their silicone cases deteriorating? I've had this case for about 10 months now and other than the soft coating rubbing away it's also starting to form cracks that are growing pretty fast (As shown in the images). The crack along the volume buttons is growing so quickly that I doubt the case will stay together for longer than a few weeks before becoming two separate pieces.
I feel like this is something Apple should cover but what are my options?
Thanks,
Ryan

Hi
The Silicone Case is covered under Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, but not against accidental damage or misuse.
Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to arrange for it to be checked by Apple and, if eligible, repaired or replaced under warranty:
- Contact - Official Apple Support

I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you what Apple will decide (this is a user-based community).
